Hothouse Beauty

The final painting in a triptych of “Muses”, depicts a lovely green-skinned woman hidden among deadly carnivorous plants. Hothouse was written in 1962 by Brian W. Aldiss and illustrates Earth in the far future, where plants have evolved into the greater intelligence and are far more dangerous and cunning than they are today.
